Key Accountabilities: - Perform daily support on installation, maintenance, troubleshoot on hardware, software, network CCTV, email, server, printer, backup and recovery and network infrastructure in terms of health, performance & security. - To manage and configure network VLAN, firewall, WiFi. - Experience in setting up and maintaining Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Windows Server - Ensuring the smooth running of all ICT systems, including anti-virus software, print services, PABX and email provision. - Recommends information technologies strategies, policies and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating trends, anticipating requirements. - Ensuring that the quality management system conforms to the requirements ISO 9001 - Ensuring that the processes are delivering the intended output. - Reporting on the performance of the QMS and on opportunities for improvement to top management. - Ensuring the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization. - Ensuring that the integrity of the QMS is maintained when changes to the QMS are planned an implemented.

Qualification:
- Bachelor degree of Computer Engineering

Experience:
- At least 4-5 years in the field of configuring the WIFI router, Firewall and Cisco switch.
- Good working experience of full function of Computer networking, software and hardware.
- Good working experience of the Information technology.
- Good working knowledge in set up and manage SME/pre-opening company

Skills:
- Good spoken and written conversational English skills.
