รายละเอียดงาน

Responsibilities - Creates invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers. - Coordinate with sales team in overseeing consigned items and deliveries. - Prepare reconciliation reports for all payment channels on monthly basis. - Reconcile cash received from “Cash on Delivery” and cash received on transferred amount - Coordinate with delivery team and issue tax invoices to relevant parties and ticket management including validity and expiry. - Prepare VAT form & PP.30 and any other revenue department forms - Prepare monthly bank reconciliation report (A/R side) - Managing petty cash - Other ad-hoc assignments

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Requirement

- Working experience at least 2 - 3 years in accounting field.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- Basic accounting and tax knowledge.
- Knowledge and Experience for WHT and VAT, PP.30 and PND.3,53 will be advantaged.
- Excellent knowledge in Excel and accounting system.
- Good interpersonal, communication, teamwork and analytical skills.
- Experience in consignment entries will be advantaged.
- Proven experience where leadership was demonstrated.
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office and accounting software and databases
