• ต้อนรับและกล่าวทักทายลูกค้าอย่างสุภาพและเป็นมิตร
• ดูแลการจัดที่นั่งและพาลูกค้าไปยังโต๊ะ
• รับจองโต๊ะและประสานงานกับทีมบริการภายในร้าน
• ให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับเมนู โปรโมชั่น และบริการต่าง ๆ ของร้าน
• ดูแลความเรียบร้อยบริเวณหน้าร้านและสร้างความประทับใจให้ลูกค้า
• รับฟังและช่วยประสานงานเมื่อมีข้อร้องเรียนหรือปัญหาเบื้องต้น

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Manage table seating and escort guests to their tables.
• Handle table reservations and coordinate with the service team.
• Provide information about menus, promotions, and restaurant services.
• Maintain a welcoming and organized front-of-house area.
• Listen to guest concerns and assist with initial problem-solving or coordination.

คุณสมบัติ
• เพศหญิง อายุ 20 ปีขึ้นไป
• บุคลิกภาพดี ยิ้มแย้ม แจ่มใส และมีใจรักงานบริการ
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
• สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ และทำงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์ได้
• หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านร้านอาหาร โรงแรม หรือ Hospitality จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

Qualifications
• Female, 20 years old or above.
• Pleasant personality, well-groomed, friendly, and service-minded.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Able to work shifts and 6 days per week.
• Experience in restaurant, hotel, or hospitality service is an advantage.
