Step into a strategic leadership role with one of Thailand’s most dynamic hotel brands. As Revenue Manager at B2 Hotel Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and profitability across our expanding nationwide portfolio.

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of smart pricing strategies, inventory optimization, and channel distribution plans to maximize room revenue. Leveraging data analytics and market insights, you will make informed decisions that directly impact the group’s performance. Your collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams will be essential to ensure alignment and execution of revenue initiatives.

We’re seeking a commercially minded, data-driven professional with a strategic outlook and a strong understanding of today’s fast-moving hospitality market.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

What We’re Looking For:

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in hotel revenue management or a similar data-focused role.
- Practical knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS), Central Reservations Systems (CRS), Revenue Management Systems (RMS), and Channel Management platforms.
- Direct experience with TravelClick or similar industry-leading tools is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in hotel business intelligence tools and performance dashboards.
- Solid understanding of OTA extranet platforms, IBE and online distribution channels.
- Strategic thinker with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally with multiple departments.
- Results-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities under pressure.
- Familiarity with market intelligence tools is an advantage.
- Based at the B2 Hotel Group Headquarters in Chiang Mai.
