**Job Title:** Sales Executive - Professional Kitchen Equipment

Established in 2013, FFT operates from its head office in Chonburi and has a hardworking, young team of professionals dedicated to providing our customers with high-quality products, on- demand service, and timely delivery. We have recently opened a state-of-the-art showroom and office in Phuket and are looking for a qualified sales person to join our team.
**Job Summary:**
As the primary Sales Executive for our Phuket hub, you will be responsible for addressing inquiries from customers across southern Thailand, delivering accurate and timely information. In addition to your sales duties, you will also oversee aftersales support and planning activities. As the central point of contact for our customers, your role is pivotal in building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction, making it a crucial position within the company.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Answering customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Providing product information and recommendations.
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients and generating new leads. - Assisting with order processing and follow-up.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to promote products.
**Qualifications and Skills:**
- Thai nationals only (!)
- Sales experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of professional kitchen equipment is a plus- Fluent in Thai (reading, writing, speaking). - Basic English proficiency (fluent is a plus). - Responsible, punctual, and diligent.
- Ability to show initiative in lead generation. - Flexibility in working hours as needed.
**Benefits and Compensation:**
- Working hours in the office: 5 days a week, from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Plus one day remote work (on the road or at home)
- Basic salary: THB 25,000.
- High commission structure.
- Yearly bonus.
- Coverage of travel expenses (negotiable).
- 3-month probation period.
