Basic job requirements today include the full management and management of premium properties and ensuring the check-in and check-out of guests.
1. Drawing up and checking a cleaning schedule.
2. Coordination of bed linen and others for cleaning staff.
3. Checking objects after cleaning.
4. Checking the apartment after guests leave and issuing an invoice if something is wrong.
5. Solving local problems that arose at the site in a short time.
6. Inventory of goods in the warehouse and maintaining order.
7. Meeting guests and advising them on apartment issues
8. Coordination of guests on all their issues (organization of their holiday in general)
9.Reporting by apartment
10. Maintaining apartments in excellent condition.
11. Finding the right personnel for the job (cooks, cleaners, etc.)
12. Purchasing the necessary goods for the office and apartments.

Work only in Bang Tao territory. If you need to buy goods, it may be outside Bang Tao. You will need transport: a car or a moped.
If you have any questions, please ask. Opening hours are 5/2-4/3 from 9:00 to 17:00 (working hours may change depending on the time of check-in of guests), and sometimes weekends may not be on Saturday and Sunday, but on weekdays. The salary starts from 18,000 baht (negotiable), in the future it will increase with the addition of experience.
Our office is located in Bangtao District (10 min drive from Boat Avenue). Today we have about 10 properties owned in the Laguna area that require special care.
