Hotel Manager is responsible for all aspects of operations at the hotel include day-to-day staff management and guest services. Hotel Manager should be an ambassador for your hotel and the brand, B2 Hotel Group. Strongly focused on boutique and budget hotel management. Provide leadership and operational skills to maximize profits and excellent guest experience. Oversee the operations function of hotel including front office, reservation, housekeeping, human resources, engineer, security and accounting according to B2 Hotel standard, policies and procedures.

Qualification
- Thai Nationality only, Male or Female. Age is not over than 55 years old.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Previous experience 5 years minimum in Front Office Operation/Room Division and in management leadership role or department head level is required.
- Strong in leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Computer literate, internet, and hotel management system required.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills with a teamwork attitude.
- Able to re-locate to work in any region of Thailand.
** The available positions are located in northern, north-eastern and southern region. **
