SKHAI is seeking an experienced Architect with an established portfolio to work on its villa development projects from our Phuket office. Successful candidates are proficient in technical drawings and possess excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop architecture solutions for residential projects.
- Design villa floor plans based on customer requirements.
- Generate computer drawings using Architecture software.
- Study new project feasibility, coordinate the design and construction of new development projects.
- Evaluate technical documents and drawings from contractors / bidders.
- Assist on project monitoring both during construction process and operation process of Architecture work.
- Ensure that designs comply with applicable regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate work across internal departments (construction, sales and marketing, customer care) and external contractors.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Qualifications:
- BS degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Architecture.
- Expert in Autocad and other Architecture software. Excellent technical drawing skills.
- Business proficient in English and Thai, written and spoken.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient in Thai building regulations.
- Energetic, creative, and quick thinker, persistent and well-organized.
