คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

อายุ 22 ปีขึ้นไป วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. ขึ้นไป หรือเทียบเท่า
มีประสบการณ์หัวหน้างานงานบริการด้านร้านอาหาร/คาเฟ่ อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี
สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ และทำงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์ได้
มีทักษะความเป็นผู้นำและสร้างแรงจูงใจให้ทีมงาน
มีทักษะการบริหารทีมงานและการประสานงานระหว่างแผนก
สามารถจัดตารางเวลาทำงาน (roster) และมอบหมายงานหน้าร้านได้
สามารถรับมือกับข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้าและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
มีทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษที่ดี

* Age 22 years or above.
* Diploma (Vocational Certificate – Higher Vocational Certificate) or higher, or equivalent qualification.
* At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience in restaurant, café, or hospitality service.
* Able to work shifts and 6 days per week.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
* Strong team management and interdepartmental coordination skills.
* Able to prepare staff rosters and effectively assign front-of-house duties.
* Able to handle customer complaints and resolve on-the-spot issues effectively and professionally.
* Good English communication skills.
