Join a fast-growing hospitality brand and take the lead in launching new B2 Hotel properties across Thailand. As Operations Manager (Pre-Opening), you will play a critical leadership role focused on Room Division operations, training development, and quality control to ensure each property is operationally ready from day one.

This high-impact role oversees end-to-end pre-opening activities, including property setup, strict compliance with brand standards, staffing, comprehensive training programs, and quality control of service delivery. From construction handover through to grand opening, you will ensure the hotel is fully equipped, the team is well-prepared, and operational excellence is achieved to provide an outstanding guest experience.

We are seeking a proactive, hands-on leader with strong project management skills, exceptional cross-functional coordination abilities, and a passion for building and inspiring high-performing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experiences:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of hotel operations experience specializing in Room Division, with at least 2 years in supervisory or managerial positions.
- Proven track record in hotel pre-opening or new property launches preferred.
- Experienced in managing multi-department operations in fast-paced environments.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills to develop and motivate high-performing teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Fluent in Thai and English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and professionally.
- Proficient in hotel systems such as PMS, POS, and other operational tools.
- Adaptable and proactive mindset, capable of driving operational excellence from the ground up through to launch, while working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Flexibility to travel frequently across B2 Hotel properties nationwide; based at B2 Hotel Group Headquarters in Chiang Mai.
