As Hotel Manager, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations — from day-to-day team management to delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong operational acumen, a passion for service excellence, and the ability to drive both performance and profitability. You will manage key hotel functions including Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, HR, and Accounting — ensuring all departments operate in alignment with B2 standards, policies, and procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

- Thai nationality only (all genders welcome), aged under 50.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least 5 years of experience in Front Office Operations, Room Division, or a department-level leadership role.
- Strong leadership mindset with the ability to adapt, innovate, and make data-driven decisions.
- Digital-first approach: confident with modern hotel management systems, cloud-based tools, and online platforms.
- Fluent in Thai and English, with the confidence to lead conversations, resolve issues, and inspire teams.
- A collaborative team player with high emotional intelligence.
- Willing to relocate and lead operations at a designated hotel.
